Bronwyn is known for eclectic and unusual selections, having played at underground events in Vancouver, Victoria, the Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast, Toronto and Montreal since 2008. Generally keeping a low profile, she occasionally appears out of nowhere to operate sound systems in dark rooms or at outdoor parties.
IHA (Acceleration/NAGA) is a DJ and producer based in the unceded lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples. Community oriented and sound design heavy, their mixes are immersive and experimental, weaving loops of spiraling percussion and layers of otherworldly textures.
We're grateful to collaborate and produce on the shared, stolen, unceded, ancestral and traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwitslum and other Hul’qumi’num speaking peoples, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island, British Columbia. We recognize the complex impacts that hosting settlers and non-settlers has on the Indigenous land and peoples of this area, and we aim to be responsible and accountable for these impacts and our footprint—whether cultural, environmental or social.
We acknowledge the generous support of our partners and funders:
